West Kentish Town Estate demolition and rebuild planning application ref. 2025/2667/P: new site section drawings through the proposed courtyard blocks .
Nb. the dotted blue lines are the maximum permitted height and width of the new blocks, as defined by the ‘parameter plans’. The planning officer says “parameters of course are very crude and represent a worst case scenario”. That is what we are concerned will get built.
