The planning application for Yoo Capital’s scheme for Regis Road has been received by Camden. The Planning Reference no. is 2025/4861/P. The statutory period for commenting on the application has been extended to 02.02.26, see here for making a comment. You can still object after this date by emailing planning@camden.gov.uk. Make sure that you include the reference number and the word ‘Objection’.
The taller of the two ‘Heathgate’ residential towers (northwest corner) is 73.7m high. These are meant to be “Places for People”, for social housing.

Tall blocks of flats in an urban area such as Kentish Town are totally out of place for a domestic locality. This is typical of urban developers who are trying to make a profit with a high density of dwellings to help pay for other aspects of the developments.
Also, there should be many more social dwellings, not properties for sale or private rent.
I live in Lady somerset Road and I don’t want to see the landscape spoilt fro the locality and Parliament Hill Fields.

Objection…The red brick, is not sympathetic to the Yellow London stock bricks which gives delight and cohesion to this neighbourhood. Easy to swap unless you are a narrow minded uninformed architecture / developer / councillor.
